When I was 9 I used to dream of my older self a lot and I always considered my dreams to be me watching an alternate universe of myself more than my actual future.

No I've never experienced an Omen but I have had deja vu to the point where I can recognize the next words of a conversation and what action I'm going to do next. I just play it out how it's supposed to go.

WDYM it's fun just imagine talking to your sister and then having a short flashback of what's going to happen and words sounding familiar actions becoming like a rehearsed theater scene, you take a big gulp of orange juice your sister talks about school before changing the topic about wanting to visit the fair afterwards. You wait for her to open her backpack and pull out a shirt she gives you for P.E. but you know the size is too large but you wait until later to tell her.

I have a very different reaction XD. It makes me question reality and our concept of time. It also makes me think of the supernatural and then I either can't sleep or get nightmares.

Music helps and believe it or not thinking does too. Don't be afraid to speak your mind and think extraordinarily. If you second guess yourself on smaller things like hesitating if you should do something fun because you might not have time or you might get backlash for it then you won't get far.
