    Lightning Speed Question

So, going by the OBD, lightning speed is accepted at mach 440. However there is something I don't understand.

PreSkip Luffy's G2 was accepted as Mach 440, due to Kalifa having Mach 440 due to being able to react to lightning.

But in Meliodas's case, they actually calced his movement in comparison to the lightning, which resulted in Mach ~200. My question is - why are these feats so different? Wouldn't it be more logical to calculate the speed of Khalifa's movement? Otherwise Meliodas should get Mach 440 reactions due to being able to react to lightning

It's the accepted/used value of lightning in the obd. It's used when calcing lightning reaction feats as well.

Oh.... I heard that people were still using Mach 440, so I thought that the stuff in the comments was invalid (Isn't it Mach 102? Or was willy's result not accepted?)
    Thanks.
So what is the speed scaling inverse currently? Mach 100 from Nami's lightning and Mach 1900 from Fujitora's meteors, right?
