Does Azami have a long term plan/vision?

Since he thinks he's pretty much the only one that can decide what "True Gourmet" is, do you guys think he has something planned long term when he dies and/or Erina dies? Assuming if he succeeded and Erina joins him of course.

Or is he like a baby boomer and just wants to stink up the place in his tenure without regard for future generations?

Eh he'll probably get enough devoted followers that would follow his will even after death.

The manga doesn't have a long term vision. How can you expect Azami to have one.

The real world is cold! The real world doesn't care about spirit! You want to be a hero? Then play the part and die like every other Huntsman in history! As for me, I'll do what I do best: lie, steal, cheat and survive!

Highly doubt it. So far Azami's teachings seem pretty absolute and it's pretty straightforward.

At best there could be a split in the group but both would be doing exactly what Azami planned out just not as efficiently.

well, it's pretty much "True gourmet is what I say is True Gourmet", not exactly easy to follow that, especially since the culinary world is constantly evolving. who's to say what qualifies as such when he's not around?
