A little bit since I also know basic french. Albanian is an indo european language although it is unique in its kind. Just like armenian and greek, it forms its own family in the indo european language families. Scholars are still uncertain on its origins, but the majority agrees that it is a descendant of the illyrian language.

As far as I know ottoman turkish is different from turkish. It's also written in arabic letters. You need a degree for ottoman turkish, with what I've heard.

I can't speak arabic. My priorities are elsewhere for the moment. I wouldn't mind being able to speak though.
Italian and Spanish are supposed to be very similar, almost the same language.

Ottoman Turkish is different but it’s still the same language. The script isn’t an issue because I can already read the Arabic script.
    No.

Yes, they are very similar. The differences are minimal.

I might learn Spanish in the future, it’s a useful language here.

If you ever wanna learn any of the languages I know let me know.

How many languages do you plan on learning overall? Any specific number?
    No.

Learning a third language sound like a bother. I tried learning Spanish during high school. Finding out what word means what was easy. Pronounceing any of those words was a pain.

I am learning Spanish for both professional future use and to communicate with neighbors and sometimes, my friends' families(even though it could just as easily be in english).

Everyone in the Americas speaks either english or spanish. You can find french speakers in a good part of Northern Africa. India also has english as an official language. Compared to other languages, these are pretty useful.

I'm practicing writing Urdu right now. The script is pretty much the same as the Arabic script, so it's kinda like killing two birds with one stone.

English or Spanish is a given. French is a good language to learn, but I wouldn't say it's one of the top languages to learn worldwide. Arabic is more useful than French IMO.

Nah French is far more useful, at least for my goals. My future is most likely in Europe and french is considered the second most useful international language after english here (might become first since UK left the EU.)
