Again GMG Natsu is town level. Ace is city level+ Ace would one shot that version of Natsu casually. And yes Ace does have Busoshoku Haki.

No he wouldn't. Natsu still has alot of power and phys stats up to that point to like dragon force, Lightning flame dragon. Ace is only going to be giving Natsu a means to recharge himself. I said he didn't know how to properly use it which has been shown.

Natsu's power gaining threshold was still at least at the level of when he ate Laxus' lightning back in the Sirius Island arc which is more than enough to beat Ace

Being able to bounce around with gajeel in their fight during phantom lord. Gajeel is faster than lightning outpacing it to save levy.

Ace's DC without his devil fruit is really low though. He shouldn't be able to dish out city level attacks physically.

Only his durability is city level. And Natsu would keep getting amped up and getting his stamina regained due to Ace's fire, which would put Natsu's stamina in the fight > Ace's stamina.

Not sure Natsu could amp up to the Tenrou Island LFD level, since he'd have to absorb a fucking lot of fire to do that.

Still, they both can't really hurt each other.
