Caught up with what's currently translated. Manga's absolutely great. Not a fan of nude lolis, but it's innocent enough to not make me warrant the author as a pedophile. The rest of the manga makes up for it as well.

Might just watch the anime, just to reexperience it animated.

Very length, very exploritive, great cooking manga.

i cant imagine the anime adaptation being any good, especially with some of the more graphic scenes

that being said i read 40-42 the other day, the whole idea of the value system is pretty cool. i wonder what the characters are going to loose to get their whistle back.

and what the fuck is with that weird baloon thing? if i read it correctly its body is actually made from smell and its currently contained in a shell?

Only the first 5 episodes, with 4 remaining.

It looked like your everyday "Moe" anime, but it turned out to be pretty interesting. I was told this turns to more bloody later.

Yeah, it's a great read and watch. I'd say read the manga completely, but the anime is good too, until the latest episode. It doesn't leave much out, it just censors some more nsfw things (it's just non-sexual child nudity).

Really? I checked how many chapters it had after I watched the first 7 episodes and iirc there was 43 chapters, and episode 7 events were happening in around chapter 25.

Yes.

I was skeptical about this for various reasons like the children MC's, the style that makes it look like it was made for 5 yo's ect, but the anime surprised me.
