The author can make sense out of Souma losing now
Really good chapter.
Isshiki and his organic farm
Did Souma pick Soba on purpose? Why the hell is he making instant noodles?
Nene looks worried about Isshiki
Nene had to get her specialty considering how outmatched her group is looking here. Souma's support is so good that he'll beat her traditional Soba with instant noodles.
whelp... not sure what author planned here tbh.
tbh Souma losing vs 6th without any handicap pretty much make him a questionable asset for latter game.
I wonder if they'll do something like Souma making instant noodle to sacrifice his match while becoming a sou chef to both the other 2 to make it a sure 2-1 win? (not that it should matter much since the other 2 should take it solo)
on the other hand, Souma beating nene at her peak with support form isshiki and megishima is actually possible too

Next chapter all three of the Central posse will suddenly be struck with immediate orgasms of more groundshaking intensity than an 8.9 earthquake. They will all dart their eyes to Megishima's booth, the source of this extraordinarily powerful aroma... just what kind of dish could he be making? Upon closer observation they are all struck with the haunting revelation, Megishima has yet to even begin cooking, it was his natural musk that overwhelmed them so.
He looks behind and notices Souma has just taken his instant noodles out of the microwave. Megishima scoops his noodles out of the bowl and breathes on them before putting them back and walking off. The judges taste it... the decision is obvious, with just that one motion the instant noodles blew Nene's high class artisan soba out of the water.
I like how Isshiki has a backup plan in case they all lose.
I didn't really like this chapter.
Everything felt contrived.
The "plot twists" were extremely predictable and not even Isshiki's organic farm could save it.
2/5 only because I'm interested in the judges.
ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ The real world is for those who can't imagine anything better.
I'm really curious as to why Nene was thinking of Isshiki at the end of the chapter.
