caved in and read the chapter

My goodness, the hype is real, though I predicted this would happen. Mimasaka looks like an ape though. Gotta get those spreads as my background

    Announcer girl was just cringe.

    Hayama was restricted.

    Nene is losing outright.

    excuses excuses

Though, Central is making a seemingly big mistake by sending two noobs to help Nene. I'm down for a legit individual loss for Nene if it's executed well but if it's those two that drag the team down against Tosuke and Isshiki, I'll be legit salty

If it includes Isshiki and Megishima I'm sure it's going to be a good one.

You mean Isshiki and Megishima taught him as well?

No no but I'm sure everyone at least worked with each other one time so I could see everyone having a good idea on how to support any teammate but this is dependent on when Isshiki and Megishima joined.

they do, but based on what I saw with the Jou/Dou match, there's gotta be one guy making the "main" dish or else they'll have to submit three really good dishes and I don't see how they'll have time to help the others with that.

the talent disparity is just too much imo, unless Souma and Isshiki are 3rd seat level now.

Though, I wouldn't be surprised if Megishima was a boss at being a sous chef.

Hm I don't think you can ever go wrong with a sous chef as long as they know something you don't or better at something than you are.

    Isshiki probably is.
Now that I look at the panels again, the rebels all have a tied rag on their right arms and I never would've guess that was Isshiki's cooking outfit.

    Damn.

Give Azami a month to build an arena and he builds a Tardis instead.
He's working in the wrong industry.

I would actually need to know what they know, don't want people to tinker with my dish even if they're better if I don't know what the heck the are doing

I wonder what the heck he's been doing offpanel

gives me Alabasta SHs vibes, though I've only seen Isshiki's outfits on Japanese girls with kimonos when they're cleaning up the house

    There's a thing called trust.

    Same.

I was thinking the same thing.
Looks like a fisherman type of outfit to me.

blind trust is fatal, especially if you've had less than a month to actually know the people

fisherman huh? I don't think I've ever seen that before on fishermen

As we've seen with Takumi, Megumi and Gin there isn't much to worry about when it comes to be a sous chef especially when you are skilled yourself.

Or maybe I'm thinking of a sushi chef I know it's something to do with fishes.

even then they took risks that paid off

the thing is called tasuki, says it's used to tie up kimono or yukata sleeves so you can cook or clean but I don't think many people would go fishing or cut up fish for sale in kimonos

That's true well we don't know what Megumi did but that shows that power levels don't really matter when it comes to being a sous chef.

    No.
