    Low difficulty.
Dofla was afraid of Kaido. Kaido has the same status as the other yonko. Status does not equal strength, but it's a good stick to measure by. Therefore, Dofla is fodder to them ._. sad sad truth.

He could technically make them kill themselves via Parasite.

G4 Luffy snapped out of Parasite, what makes you think it could control a Yonkou?

I'm still not sure how that even worked. Why couldn't Jozu snap out of it?

Parasite in general had been really poorly handled.

I've heard it suggested that Luffy broke out because of the rapid expansion in his body going from base to G4, if that were the case then guys like Urouge or zoans could be able to break out as well, but it's ultimately just an assumption. We weren't given an explanation for how he broke out, whether it was his raw strength, his shape shifting, his haki, or some sort of combination of the three. Some just chalk it up to a Marineford inconsistency like Crocodile surviving the brilliant punk immediately beforehand.

We didn't really see Jozu exert a huge effort to actually escape, once Doflamingo caught him it seemed he just sort of resigned himself to being stuck there for the moment without really making a strong attempt to get out of it. The same sort of applied for Doflamingo, he froze Jozu in place but didn't seem to make an attempt to actually control him like he does with most other victims. It's hard to say what would have happened if Doflamingo was making an effort to puppeteer him while Jozu made an effort to break free, but that's a discussion I generally prefer to avoid.
