lol, Ordo thinks he can beat Zhao by stabbing them in the back, what an idiot. He will get beaten badly and will only help qin in the end

Zhao's got nobody on that side to help, unless Hara wants to hype up that Kantan guy by having him beat Ordo first then come to Riboku. Which would be stupid ._.

Bah, as if Riboku would not know of the Qin-Yan-alliance (ch. 494) or Yan's thirst for revenge. He's only shocked that Gakujo has not buried Ordo as soon as he rose his sword.

Wait, Batei in robes at the commander's table? Riboku may be scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Seen the same spoilers at Tieba, and from the dialouge, it seems like Zhao might now have realized what Qin's true goal is (it's a bit unclear from the fragments we have so far, so I may be wrong) and were making plans to stop them - but then comes those news of Yan attacking...

Though Yan's attack likely is not as high on the danger scale as Qin's is, Zhao cannot ignore it either, so Riboku will have to divert resources and assets to take care of it that it would have been better to use to ensure a favorable outcome in the current war against Qin...

Oh, and Ordo says 'I'm also going to play around for a little bit.'...

Ordo is gonna get crushed but the distraction will be a great boon for the qin. Zhao is in big trouble tbh.

Maybe I misread you, but by the way Ousen pauses my guess is the scroll tells Ousen that the gig is up and Zhao has seen through the plan.

Srsly, Ousen is great fun, it's rather hard to guess his reactions without context.

So Ordo's going to be used as a hype tool again not that the guy has much credibility left at this point.

I almost feel bad for Yan though this is the second time they're going to get punked by Riboku again.

his face is grim sure, but I'm thinking maybe it could also have been that Ordo wasn't part of the plan

Ordo is gonna outshine Ousen, Kanki, Yotanwa and Riboku this arc. Calling it now

    - - - Updated - - -

    DLK on MF:
    A few more tidbits:

A messenger comes with a message for ousen. After reading it, he gives orders for the army to increase it's pace. He then says "Heh. 'The Warring States', huh."

    After that, the narration notes

"At the same time that the urgent report from Shuu Sui reached Riboku, another 'urgent report' also reached Riboku's HQ.
It was a surprise to all those present in the war room."

    Kaine: Wh-What!?

    Kinmou: P-Preposterous

Narration: The contents of that report was about the same as that of the one Ousen had received.

    Kisui: !?

    Kaine: R-Riboku-sama.

Riboku ... That it would be now of all the times

Riboku That that one, the 'Man of the East' would be making a move.

The narration notes that a certain history book of those times (a book that I believe has been mentioned before, but I forgot the name), there is mention of a battle with Yan before the battle to defend Zhao took place.

A big army from Yan appears.

Ordo: Fuahahaha, now that Zhao's weak in the east from having to reinforce against Qin in the West

Ordo: We can't simply overlook that.

    Ordo: Riboku.

Ordo: I'm also going to play for a little bit.

As a result, the warroom was thrown into chaos.

???: Fetch the maps of the areas around the eastern borders!

???: Gather those we have in the castle that are familiar with the geograpy around the borders there.

???: Is Kantan aware of this!?

???: In what numbers have they invaded and how far have they advanced!?

What? You lay off the booze and go straight to bed.
Regarding the message, curses, you were right.

"Riboku ... That it would be now of all the times"
    - you've got to be kidding me. Weak, Riboku. Lame. I mean, okay, maybe Qi king promised Riboku to keep Yan in check, but writing a check that big and now already paddling back.

"Riboku That that one, the 'Man of the East' would be making a move."
    - lol - there is only one "Man of the East" and that is Kouen. Or Karin, after a sexchange. Which shall never happen.

lol yeah the 'Man of the East' line got me too. We'll see what the translation says. If Ordo is Yan's top general then...hmmm. Not that I doubt him much, he just isn't elite lol.

I could see him losing here, getting stripped of his Great General status and when we see him later down the line it's in a redemption-style sub plot. Probably where he tries to take out Ousen.

well talk about a kick against your tooth

theres a greater chance of succeeding,
    they are likely to succeed.

But we are talking about Riboku who's like pretty good like Han Xin, Kong Ming, Pang Tong and Sima Yi,
    not a avarage noob.... x'D

Ousen + Shou chief vs Riboku vs Ordo dude.... wow xDDD FUUUNNN XD
