the story mode is very interesting as well, you are a resurrected warrior in a post apocalyptic earth fighting against the forces of darkness and restore mankind to its former glory. You will have allies to help you fight terrifying enemies that will kill you in nasty ways, you use your powers of light to illuminate the solar system.

you can play with your friends online to embark on challenging raids and adventures in open world environments and complete tasks to gain legendary gear and weapons.

I have this for PS3 and I played for several hours, but then I got PS4 and completely dropped this game.

@Karaka; well that is the point of open world map, to roam and explore, sure you have to wait for new dlc for new maps but it's still fun to place and the lore is not bad either.

There are areas where you can roam freely without any prime objective for the sake of fun, loot, upgrade and etc., and there is the tower where you can buy, sell upgrade, receive bounties, etc. That has the most open world feel you can get.

How many exotics do y'all have? I quit the game cold turkey after collecting all the Year 1 exotics including Galarjhorn. One of the small joys of playing the game is the satisfying sound effect of every gun

I feel like you've never played a genuine open world game from this, I doubt anyone would actually call Destiny an open world game.

I stop around 2-3 months after every expansion. Except for the rise of iron. Didn't play more than 2 weeks. TTK is the best thing that happened to this game and no patch or expansion has matched the fun I had with that. Woulden't recommend it to anyone in it's current form unless PvP has become better.

Hopefully the second game will do a better job with content. To much draught in this game.
