I liked this chapter. And while I don't like the exaggerated expressions, Shoubunkun is otherwise being impressive by showing this much foresight. He's laying down the foundation that will allow Sei's plan to succeed.

Was an alright chapter but I hope we start to make some plot progression soon or give us an update on what's going on with the other states.
