    Online Learning Directory

I've decided to make a directory to list websites that can be useful for learning things online. This will be both free and paid sites. Feel free to add to it.

Lynda.com - Paid site where you can learn about most things technology related. If you go to college or university in the US this is usually included in your tuition.

Udemy - A number of free and paid courses available on a variety of subjects.

Codecademy - Learn how to code. Pretty interactive.

Khan Academy - Free website where you can learn about a variety of things from physics to biology to math.

Open Culture - Lists over 1000 online courses on a number of subjects.

edX - A number of free courses from various universities.

YouTube Edu - A number of free educational YouTube videos.

Learn Arabic with Maha - a youTube channel that is all about learning Arabic.

Freelance Teacher - Bunch of videos you can pay for.

The Western Tradition - Free videos course regarding the history of Western civilization.

Justin Guitar - Learn how to play the guitar, free videos available.

BetterExplained - Blog dedicated to teaching math.

Fight Tips - Useful tips on combat from an MMA fighter

Hacking with Swift - Learn how to code in Swift

    Duolingo - Language learning website

    https://pomax.github.io/nrGrammar/ - Learn Japanese grammar

    http://imabi.net/ - Learn Japanese

https://www.memrise.com/- Learn vocab for any language.

Coding Game - Learn to program the fun way

    drawabox - Learn to draw

I still have more, will post them when I have a minute.

It's sad when the only three comments on your thread are a dude posting about a racist conspiracy theory website, another dude posting in the wrong thread, and a third dude commenting about those two.

Anyway Duolingo represent, pretty nifty website to help you learn a new language.

What truth? The fact that you're an annoying dimwit? Most of your posts are cringe. Nothing worse than a cocky asshole who gets proven wrong and lies to save face. The fact that you have a gold bar pretty much exemplifies that rep is worthless. You are the face of awful modern day TMF posters. SpiRo back into whatever cave you crawled out of, please.

it's a very good site to build some foundations but it only scratches the surface. if you are serious about learning how to draw at some point, you should look into a more specialized approach (for example, if you want a better grasp of perspective you should probably look into learning from the books of ernest norling instead of the drawabox site).

but it's great to remove some of the mystique surrounding drawing. the site is a very methodical approach to getting better (study subject 1 - do exercise 1 - study subject 2 [...]) so it's an amazing tool to start with.

i'd also suggest http://japaneselevelup.com/difficult...hing-japanese/ for learning japanese. it gives you an idea of what you can read/play/watch to supplement your current level of speaking the language.

Yeah, I was wrong this turned into a pain very quickly.

Probably just need to keep getting more familiar to it.

Are there any blogs you read to help you improve

    Thanks man.
