Yea, sorry about that. I thought you know that Darude is a meme. I don't even like this kind of music, I prefer some rock, metal, rap (not American rap, thought) and horrorcore.
I like rock but not the rest you mentioned.

A short but entrancing lofi piece by Joji, the same guy who produces Filthy Frank (a 5 million subscriber guy who ate his own vomit and produces songs such as STFU)

A completely different alter ego, masking his true, timorous self - kind of poetic in a demure way

A lofi track with no vocals - a little more buoyant than the typical lofi hiphop fare I post here, still enjoyable nonetheless

Is there a chance you're listening to the wrong kind of rap? The majority I know who say that they dislike rap have a very restricted, insular understanding of rap, either as a ghetto, shallow, hood glorifying medium (old school), or an autotuned mess defined by a skindeep hooting of girls and bling (new school) when in reality the greatest rappers create pure poetry

Current 'poetic' rappers active today - unfortunately I can only really say that Kendrick Lamar nails it.
Consider this line that he wrote
'If I told you a flower bloomed in a dark room would you trust it?'
And the context of his album called Good Kid, M.A.A.D City - its quite something IMO. IDK, perhaps you genuinely dislike rap and thats okay of course (who am I to judge), but it really could be that you have the wrong idea about it.

    Some particularly noteworthy ones

    Alright - Kendrick Lamar

    i - Kendrick Lamar

Old school rap is alot more direct but that doesn't detract from its soul and poetry.

    Nas (the original rap poet)
I gave you power (context, he's rapping as a handgun in this)
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUwJ8WcZ6RY

One Mic (direct meaning, but lyricism is out of this world)
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GhWIZDYGDrA

    Tupac
At the beginning of his career, his rhyme schemes were extremely basic and his storytelling was completely literal.
Doesn't stop him from being the most influential and inspiring rapper in existence ever

Brenda's got a Baby (pure storytelling)

Dammit I deleted that so I could be saved from your rebuttal.

I regret ever giving you the opportunity to be more right about anything.

What truth? The fact that you're an annoying dimwit? Most of your posts are cringe. Nothing worse than a cocky asshole who gets proven wrong and lies to save face. The fact that you have a gold bar pretty much exemplifies that rep is worthless. You are the face of awful modern day TMF posters. SpiRo back into whatever cave you crawled out of, please.
