What about using Kinetic Energy? Kinetic energy is energy possessed by an object in motion.
If I use the KE formula, K.E. = 1/2 m v^²

MC has strength of over 20,000 jin, which is 10000 kg, and I'll use 5 meter per second for his speed
So the formula would be like this "K.E. = 1/2*10,000*25"

Calcing it, it gives me 125000 worth of joules (?)
Converting it into tons of tnt, it's 2.9875717e-5 = He's Wall Level using VSBW's Attack Potency Page
