Some books take 20 to 30 pages on each chapter, some do it in 7.

Short or Long chapters?

Depends on the context of the chapter. Is there a need to be detailed and elaborate, or is it better short and sweet?

Cersei's POVs aren't even that bad. On the other hand, I started skipping Arya's and Brienne's at some point.

It really depends. As long as they make sense as a unit, and that each "cut" is appropriate from the story pov, I don't care it the chapters are 2 paragraphs or 50 pages of length.

As long as it fits, the length isn't an issue. That is, the chapter should make sense in the constraints that the author has put it in.

I dislike chapters which are inflated to match longer chapters within the same book.
