Well I'll try not to use pixel scaling ( not that I've ever used it...)

First we need the size of seireitei ( fk the spelling):

Ofc most of you know the 10 day statement, so I will assume something like their speed, walking time and path.

Speed - 4.51 km/h = 4510 m/h (http://www.princeton.edu/~achaney/tmve/wiki100k/docs/Walking.html)

Walking time - 6 hours => Total walking time 60 hours

Path around the circumference

Walking distance in 10 days: 270,600 m ~ 271 km

I believe this was 1/4 of the circumference (may not be, I'm not really familiar with old bleach) so total circumference = 1084 km => Diameter = 345 km

Now I tried to max-low ball it, since obviously I believe we've seen ichigo and co are capable of running (?) for 3 days straight without rest, so the actual distance would be larger.

Now for the meteor part, here we see a comparison:

Now from eye-balling the diameter of the meteor appears to be at least a 1/5 ( more likely a 1/4, but meh)

so diameter of meteor = 69 km

Now for the math:

Assuming spherical shape for the meteor => Volume = (4/3)(PI)r^3 = 1.72 x 10^14 m^3

To get mass we assume that the meteor is made of stone, which has a density of 2700 kg/m^3 =>

using density = mass/volume => mass = 4.64 x 10^17 kg

We can see the meteor is ablated, which means it's speed would be between 2 km/s to 4 km/s

=> Using 2 km/s and Kinetic energy formula = 9.3 x 10^23 J = 221997446199808.8 Tons of tnt = 2.2 x 10^14 Tons of tnt = 220 teratons of tnt which is country level.
